YstaMagasinet opened at Zinkgatan 7 in Ystad in autumn 2011. Demand was so strong that a second, identical building was constructed that same year – today the two buildings are marked Storage Building 1 and 2 on their gables.
Since the start, our customers have ranged from private individuals freeing up space at home to small and medium-sized businesses storing accounting records, seasonal goods or stock.
One month. If you give notice by the 10th of a month, the agreement ends at the end of that month; otherwise it continues until the end of the following month.
The property is insured, but you are responsible for insuring the belongings you store. Contact your insurance company and check that your home insurance covers belongings kept in an external storage unit before moving in.
Yes. Your personal code gives you access 24 hours a day, every day.
Most household and business items can be stored – moving boxes, furniture, seasonal tyres, bicycles, sports equipment, seasonal decorations and accounting files are common examples. For fire-safety reasons, however, flammable liquids (such as petrol), LPG or batteries that have not been disconnected may not be stored, nor may food, plants or animals.
Monthly or quarterly by invoice – you choose what suits you.
Personal identity number, full name, address, mobile number and an email address for invoicing. Send us the details and we will prepare the agreement.
If the agreement is concluded entirely at a distance, for example by signing digitally without an in-person meeting, private customers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Swedish distance-contract legislation. To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of entering into the agreement.
